Coyodel App Support

The Coyodel app allows for the activation and deactivation of Coyodel Tracing Tags and their assignment to users registered in your Coyodel server.

Upon launching the app, please log in using your Coyodel credentials at the login screen. If you choose to have the app remember your credentials, these will be automatically filled in on restarting the app. If your phone supports TouchID or FaceID, you can enable support for this in the settings tab.

Once logged in, you will be able to activate and deactivate Coyodel Tracing Tags ans assign/unsassign them from users registered in your organization.

Activating Coyodel Tracing Tags

1. Tap on "Activate".
2. Follow the on-screen prompt to hold the tag close to the top of the phone to scan it using NFC.
3. Select the user you wish to assign the tag to from the list of registered users.
4. Follow the on-screen prompt to press the on/off button on the tag to activate it.
5. The app will notify you if the tag has been successfully activated.

Deactivating Coyodel Tracing Tags

1. Tap on "Deactivate".
2. Follow the on-screen prompt to hold the tag close to the top of the phone to scan it using NFC.
3. Follow the on-screen prompt to press and hold the on/off button on the tag for at least seven seconds to deactivate it.
4. The app will notify you if the tag has been successfully deactivated. Upon deactivation the tag will be unassiged from its current user.
